Ishqeria Movie Analysis
Movie Title - Ishqeria
Director - Prerna Wadhawan
Star Cast -Neil Nitin Mukesh, Richa Chadha, Raj Babbar, Manish Anand
Commercial Rating -1.0/5
Critic's rating -0.5/5
Perhaps the hardest thing about seeing Ishqiya is that it honestly hopes to accept Neil Nitin Mukesh and Richa Chadha in the role of the college-going students. Unless it is a CA certification that they are prepared, then one has to wonder what these two are still doing in college. However, in absolute fairness, two lead stars can hardly be blamed for filmmakers' casting options. In a weirdly limited way, they also do the proper job of their roles. Other artists such as Manish Anand, Zubi Devasia, Mridula Sathe and Bunny Jay worked for the large-scale disorder. Raj Babbar Camos as Raghav's married father and it seems that he managed to get his share within a day's program. Although he may have gone into the dark on the story and casting, the director supports a very talented crew in inspiration, especially the photographer Dani-Sanchez Lopez, who managed to capture Mussuori with great power.
He is enthusiastic and bubbly and gives light to the screen with his energy. As Neel Nitin Mukesh is a rich boy, Raghav has been attacked and plays his study character to perfection with restraint. Both are supported by stereotyped characters who play their respective friends. This is the direction that seems to be slapdash and the poorly carved characters cannot reach a point beyond. The taste of the film is crude and rustic and thus the dialect is spoken. Technically, the film is a weird horse. The camera work is shiny. Swipe used for the transition during editing, the film looks amateur, it feels a comic book. Music also fails to make an impression and songs are painted like music videos. Overall, this is a poorly written script, any novelty that proves the tragedy of this love story.
My reaction after watching the film
