Antilla-Mukesh Ambani Manson located on Altamount Road in South Mumbai is estimated to be the second most expensive asset in the world after Buckingham Palace. Antilla was designed by Chicago-based architect Perkins and Will, the Australian-based company Leighton Holdings took charge of its production.

The house inspired by the legendary Atlantic Island, Mukesh Ambani's residence, has 27 floors, with extra-high ceilings, which can escape the 8th earthquake on the Richter scale. Each floor is equal to the average 2 storey building height. The roof is so high that there can be 60 floors in the height of the tall buildings. The height of the 27-storey building is 570 feet
Six dedicated floors for cars:
Underground parking in the house, there are six stories of three helicopter pads. The garage has space for 168 cars and there is also a private car service station on the 7th floor in Antilla. Mukesh Ambani, chairman and business magnate of Reliance Industries, has a large body for cars and is said to have devoted six whole floors to his beloved cars.The Antilla has its own car service station on floor seven, besides a garage that can accommodate up to 168 cars.
Private movie theater:

Ambani does not go to a hill station to enjoy in the snow but rather likes to stay inside the house. There is a dedicated room in the mansion where the walls, spit man-made ice pieces to kill the heat. The Palace has a snowy room where Ambani and his friends, relax to avoid the heat.

No two floors in Antilla are said to be identical – either design or in the material. Master bedrooms are best prepared. From furniture to floors lining, everything is designed as per the theme of the floor. Nita Ambani allegedly wanted to ensure that no two floors are identical in themes or materials and thus, a special type of wood is used on the 16th floor, for example, in another floor the same material is not used.
