Meditation Habit (For starter)
Meditation means connecting to your inner soul. For starter follow simple three rules . 1-Sits comfortably on whatever surfaces (Preferably (not necessarily) on mat on simple ground). 2-Avoid much illuminated room try to lit some candle or scented aroma incense sticks to light your mood. 3-Close your eyes and if possible play the music of flowing river or wind in slow volume. After this close eyes and see where your thought is flowing but don’t put restriction on them or try to mend them. Be easy after one month you will feel relax though and your concentration has been improved and now your are ready for starting of meditation .If you follow this practice of half and hour daily, five times a week then you can notice any differences.
